Mixed Fruit Recipes (Great for All Berries + Mango)

1. Triple Berry & Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • Splash of juice or milk

Instructions:
Blend thick; top with granola, nuts, and more fruit.

2. Berry–Mango Parfait

Layer:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Honey or granola
  • Mixed berries
  • Diced mango
    Repeat layers. A quick breakfast or dessert.

3. Frozen Fruit Sorbet (Any Fruit)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups IQF fruit (any combination)
  • 2–4 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions:
Blend until smooth and serve immediately or freeze 1–2 hours for firmer texture.
